Welcome to ephyswiki.org! This website is a project by Jorrit Montijn and Alexander Heimel at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience. Its aim is to create a knowledge hub for high-density electrophysiology. We use Neuropixels ourselves and have developed our own rig and data processing pipelines based on SpikeGLX.
